卖方办出口报关，在指定装运港把货装上船。海运费、保险、目的港卸货和进口都是买方的。只适用于海运或内河。
The seller loads the goods on board at the named port of shipment and clears them for export. The buyer pays ocean freight. Sea or inland waterway only.

这条只适用于海运和内河。集装箱如果在码头堆场或货运站交给承运人，卖方在上船之前往往已经失去对货物的控制，很多工厂会改用 FCA。
