仅海运 / 内河
卖方装船，支付到指定目的港的海运费，并购买货物保险。风险仍在装运港装上船时转给买方。进口清关、关税和卸货由买方负责。只适用于海运或内河。
The seller pays freight and insurance to the named port of destination. Risk passes on board at the port of shipment. Sea or inland waterway only.

这条只适用于海运和内河。集装箱如果在码头堆场或货运站交给承运人，卖方在上船之前往往已经失去对货物的控制，很多工厂会改用 FCA。

给业务员的提醒
- 买家从 FOB 改 CIF，卖方多付到目的港的海运费和一笔保险。
- 条款里的地名是目的港，不是起运港。
- 付了保险不等于风险还在卖方，装上船风险就转了。
