任意运输方式

卖方只在工厂或仓库把货备好交给买方处置。装车、出口报关、运费、保险和进口都是买方的事。卖方责任最小。

The seller places the goods at the buyer's disposal at the named place. Loading, export clearance, carriage, and import are for the buyer.

Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal, before loading.
Cargo insurance is not required under this rule; the buyer usually arranges it.
