任意运输方式

卖方办出口报关，在指定地点把货交给买方指定的承运人。主运费和保险由买方付。集装箱在堆场或货运站交货时，通常比 FOB 更贴切。

The seller clears the goods for export and hands them to the buyer's carrier at the named place. The buyer pays the main carriage.

Risk passes when the goods are delivered to the carrier at the named place.
Cargo insurance is not required under this rule; the buyer usually arranges it.
